She began her career managing acquisitions and new development for a growing franchise group, then became a top-performing executive recruiter, known for her strategic approach and ability to build lasting relationships. Her experience across industries has shaped her into a thoughtful, solutions-driven professional with a passion for helping people make confident, informed decisions.

Now focused on residential real estate in Houston, Monica brings her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and client-first mindset to every transaction. Whether she's touring properties or tailoring strategies to meet each client’s goals, she’s committed to delivering a smooth and elevated experience. Outside of work, Monica enjoys playing sand volleyball, spending time at Memorial Park with her pup, cooking for friends and family, and traveling to explore new cultures and design inspiration.
