Navigating the real estate market is an extremely complex task for any layperson like myself, but they both work to make it simplified and understandable. When it came time to sell our first home, they took the time to discuss our goals in selling the home and creating a plan and timeline to achieve those goals - mainly, to get the house sold during a pandemic and selling it for the right price. Their taste in design combined with their expertise in real estate did not disappoint, and within hours of listing our house (with tasteful professional photos done by their photographer of choice) we received our first offer followed by a competing offer later that day for above the asking price. In the end, we could not have been more pleased. Now, we are finishing up on closing on a new home with them by our side and their same work ethic and thoughtfulness has remained steady throughout.
