We're loving everything about this week's #FridayFeaturedListing tbh.
2134 Branard is one of the most thoughtfully designed homes we've seen in recent memory. It's kind of crazy because the home was taken to the studs, but if you look at pictures from when it was
listed in 2021 the house was actually move-in ready.
The front of the home is quite unassuming, so when you walk into the front door the large living room and high vaulted ceiling kind of catches you by surprise.
Moving to the dining and kitchen area, you can tell the designers really thought about the small details. Take, for example, the wood slats on the accent wall opposite the fridge. We thought it was really cool how they incorporated the slatted detail in the vent hood covering above the range and even underneath the island. Another nice touch was using natural oak tones for the dry bar cabinetry instead of continuing the white kitchen cabinets. These little things work together to elevate a space to a whole other level.
Another place the design shines is in the primary bath. It definitely reminds us of some our favorite boutique hotels.
On top of all this, there's a pool and a roof deck? How great is that?
