2022 will undoubtedly be remembered as a marquee year for us. The highlights include our wedding in April, then spending some time in Palm Springs for a mini-moon; buying a house in the summer; and then an unforgettable European honeymoon in September.
In all the time we’ve been together as a couple, this was the first year that we’ve actually been able to take time off here and there and travel. As important as our career is to us, the real sauce to life happens outside of work, and I’m so grateful for the trips we were able to take and the memories we created.
That said, we’re still really proud of what our business accomplished this year. Final 2022 sales figures aren’t out yet for our Keller Williams office yet, but I anticipate we’ll finish in the top 4 or 5 teams (in an office with over 700 agents) in total units sold and total $ volume sold.
I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it over and over again: The only reason we’ve started to find success in this business is because of our clients, friends and family. You are literally our business, and the fact that so many of you have trusted us with one of the biggest transactions you’ll make in your entire life. We can’t overstate how much we appreciate you.
Which by the way, if you know anyone thinking about selling, buying, or leasing this year, we’d love to help if we can. It may be early in the year, but it’s never too early to start formulating a game plan for whatever real estate goal you have in mind.
